• Vacation:

0-1 years 3 weeks (6.67 hours/month) plus first week front loaded upon hire

1-4 years 3 weeks (10 hours/month)

5- 9 years 4 weeks (13.33 hours/month)

10-14 years 4.5 weeks (15.33 hours/month)

15+ years 5 weeks (16.67 hours/month)
